Birmingham Moor Street Station
Replacing the roof on the Cube Building at Birmingham Moor Street Railway Station, while the station remained fully operational, was a significant challenge. Work had to be carefully phased and with strict safety controls in place. At the same time, the constrained city-centre site location made logistics, lifting, and material handling particularly complex. Delivering this project within a short programme required precise planning, coordination, and execution—balancing construction demands with the need to keep a busy station running without disruption.
